Recently we got some major updates on Darya’s official website concerning his recent activities. Darya has been very busy with the many campaigns he started over the years mainly for charitable goals, such as Kochah, and recently launched his most recent campaign by the name of “Life is Beautiful” or “LiB”.


The objective of the campaign is to motivate the younger generation of Afghanistan to participate in rebuilding the war torn country in any way they can. The campaign started off with a brand new song and music video by the name of “Dosti” (Friendship) and major concerts held in different cities of Afghanistan. The first one was held in Herat where more than 40.000 people attended the show. The concert was without any incident. The second concert was held in Mazaar-e Sharif where only women were allowed to attend. We got a glimpse of over 15.000 women at the Razia high school where Darya gave a heartbreaking concert. The tour continued and a concert was held in the city of Helmand where the situation is far from stable. Yet, Darya managed to perform in front of more than 40.000 attendants, including officials of the Taliban, without any bloodshed. Finally, we got another brand new song and music video titled “Zhwand Khkolai Dai” (Life is Beautiful). For more info on these events check the news section of our site.


Now, the campaign continues and Darya Management is about to release a DVD of the Mazaar and Helmand concerts along with a bonus CD. The release date is set for March 21st. We have no further information about the content of the DVD or the bonus CD but we will update you guys as soon as more information is available. A documentary with the name “Peace Caravan on the Silk Road” is also set for release. Next to the DVD and CD, a book with the same title as the campaign is ready to be published in April of this year.
