Good news for Darya’s listeners in the UK and around Tajikistan! Darya is about to start his late 2008 tour in London and in Dushanbe. More shows and venues will be made public soon.
Recently, Darya has been involved in a lot of projects mainly meant for peace and stability in Afghanistan.
Darya, who is using music as his weapon in order to unite Afghans has made a very good start and has more helping hands.
“She is one of more than 50,000 Afghan widows struggling against the effects of war.
The mother-of-four, who is 28, lives in a house on the outskirts of the capital, Kabul. She recently had a special visitor to extend a helping hand – and not just your average foreign aid worker”.
Farhad Darya’s new album has been released in Afghanistan on August first. Darya recorded his latest album in Munich, Germany and named it “Yaahoo”. This album is recorded for the purpose of solidarity among Afghans inside and abroad Afghanistan.
Farhad Darya has been involved in rock music in the past two years after working together with the German rock legend, Peter Maffay. Up untill now Darya has released four songs in different rock styles.
Darya surprised his fans by introducing them to a whole new style of music in world-pop by releasing his master work HA! Fans have waited for years for this album to come out and now, 3 years after Darya’s announcement to a new music style, HA! is out!
Once again Darya’s US/Canada tour was a big success. Darya accompanied by a new band of musicians that came from all around the world performed in several states in Northern America and Canada. He appeared with a new look, new style and new music. One of Darya’s big fans presented us with the following review on his tour on which this fan was a witness herself.
